How do I volunteer?
All people at Crossroads are welcome and encouraged to serve. You do not have to attend Next Steps to start serving, but we desire each person to further their understanding of our beliefs, our values, and our mission along with discovering their own gifting and abilities in the course.
When is a good time to start serving?
We have teams and needs for new volunteers in every service. If you want to serve and have a desire to reach and help others, we want to help you find that place for you. Each month we have a Big Team Meeting and at the meeting we meet with all volunteers in the Sanctuary and following the meeting we break up into smaller teams to further grow and train in specific areas.
What ministry teams require a background check?
Safety is paramount and we believe each person that has found their gifting should use it to the fullest. All members wanting to serve in a Next-Gen ministry and in the Security team must first fill out and turn in the background check forms to the church office or the information kiosk during services.
